1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Spacewise ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Spacewise is a space planning tool that generates conceptual floor plans from walk-through videos. The Service provides:

• Video upload and processing
• Room detection and spatial analysis
• Conceptual floor plan generation
• PDF and PNG export capabilities

4. User Accounts

To use Spacewise, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Upload videos containing illegal content or content you don't have rights to
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute Service outputs without proper attribution

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Spacewise a limited license to process your videos and generate floor plans.

Generated Outputs

You own the floor plans and exports generated from your projects. However, you must maintain the Spacewise attribution and disclaimer on all exports unless you have a Studio plan with custom branding.

Service Content

The Service itself, including all software, algorithms, designs, and branding, is owned by Spacewise and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Subscription and Payment

Spacewise offers Free, Pro, and Studio subscription tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF GENERATED FLOOR PLANS
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DECISIONS YOU MAKE BASED ON SERVICE OUTPUTS
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

9. Professional Responsibility

As a professional interior designer or design professional:

• You are responsible for verifying all spatial information before presenting to clients
• You must clearly communicate to clients that outputs are conceptual, not measured
• You must obtain proper site measurements for any construction or renovation work
• You assume all professional liability for work delivered to your clients

10. Data Processing

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Your videos will be processed using automated analysis
• Processing may involve third-party services (e.g., cloud storage, video analysis APIs)
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions to upload videos of properties

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Your payment fails or your account becomes delinquent
• We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law
