Security FAQs

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on AWS servers in the United States with automatic replication to multiple availability zones for redundancy. We use S3 for file storage and RDS for database storage, both with encryption at rest.

Who has access to my property videos and data?

Only you and team members you explicitly grant access to can view your projects. Our engineering team has no access to your data except during support requests (with your permission) or for system maintenance under strict audit controls.

How long do you retain my data?

We retain your project data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion. You can export all your data at any time from the dashboard.

Do you share my data with third parties?

No. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only use trusted service providers (AWS, Stripe for payments) under strict data processing agreements.

What happens if there's a security breach?

We have a comprehensive incident response plan. In the unlikely event of a breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours and work with security experts to remediate the issue. We maintain cyber insurance for additional protection.
